Offense coach options

-Default formation- auto except Cleveland, golden state,Dallas, Atlanta, Houston, Indiana( pg is the 4 this year right?) they should have 4 out 1 in
- Offensive rebounding tactics- crash boards for teams with good rebounders(Memphis, Cleveland, Chicago, Clippers, ect) auto for rest
- Push for all teams, I know some teams play slow but it makes gameplay a lot quicker since there is no game speed slider

I had forgotten about the coach settings. Nice work. Hopefully they help seperate the teams a bit. Do coach settings change every synery update?

Yes utilize the coach settings for extra realism in gameplay....

I mentioned this in the slider demo thread tight defense is something we should be using especially on the perimeter combine this with the foul slider being high and off ball sliders will give you some nice perimeter action in the game

This guy Tonyattia appears to have a very keen eye for how the sliders + coaching options used together makes this game really good despite some warps.

I also believe tweaking some playbooks will also be beneficial to gameplay but I totally understand that's a lot of work which some guys just might not have the time to do.....

On a side note I disagree with some of the thought process of many here that this game is arcadey and not a SIM game.....

If tweaked right this game can render some SIM results depending on what your looking for this year.

People just have to be willing to roll up their sleeves and dive into the sliders just like those guys do over at the NBA 2K boards.

I know for a fact of there was roster editing and a few more sliders like game speed, speed threshold, screen effectiveness, and contact shot effectiveness we could make this game play a lot better and sim oriented.

Just curious about your jostle sliders. Everyone is complaining about ease of getting into the paint and a higher slider is supposed to make it easier from the one Dev post. I don't have the game yet but it has shipped. Hopefully have it tomorrow.

Well against the Cpu it's a different story, most ballhandler and defender Collisions and defensive rides favor the defense on the perimeter. Many times you will be bumped back or have to pick up your dribble on default sliders. Crossovers aren't always the most effective either so this set balances the game for me. Try this set out and if you think it's too easy to drive you can always adjust it

I am a casual basketball gamer. Will be starting out on Pro first but will use your coach sliders and keep an eye on these overall sliders too. Seems like everyone recommends dropping dunks, foul increases, in air contact, etc. Will be using those too.

Nice sliders set. I made a few adjustments and I'm liking the game play and flow as compared to the default settings. However I don't agree that all teams tempo should be set at "push." JMO.

I've looked everywhere and I was under the impression you can't tweak or edit play books for every team?
