    Take AMP an hour before you play ball. Make sure you take it with a few carbs as well.

    AMP not gives you a ton of energy but it helps out your cardiovascular performance. I took it as a pre-workout energy booster and found that it was simply amazing before running one day. Seriously, this supp is probably the best supp I've taken. My wife and a few fellas I know have got on the bandwagon. I literally can ball for hours and still want to go and go.       So..

      go you guys think that, a 12 inch Subway chicken fillet and lots of water 3 hours before i play is all right?????
