    1. Set referee to strict.
    2. Drive to the hoop more often, faking or spinning before shooting.

    Good luck!

      The man with the plan....

Put fouls on strict, which I'm sure has been done.
Next turn your dekes down to 0 or one notch up.
I also have game speed up all the way.

I have been experimenting still, but so far I noticed that the dekes make it very hard to get by defenders now. This in returned allows your players, espesially the better ones to draw fouls when they try to get by defenders since they have the ability.

I like to get them In foul trouble early too. I do this sometimes by drawing the charge.

If you have noticed it is hard to get the cpu to foul you after their 4th foul, this set up allows me to draw the fouls now or if they try not to foul I can use the spin move to drive into the lane and get easy layups or dunks.

On 7 minute qts, I used the Magic and abused T-Mac. He ended up with 63 points because they simply could not handle him with one on one defense. I played against the TrailBlazers and had every one of their guards in foul trouble.

I shot somewhere around 15 freethrows with T- Mac alone and 27 attempts for the game.

Now you may think I won, but the AI stepped up and put a double team on T-Mac which slowwed him down late in the game. They also started raining 3 pointers so I never pulled away with a big lead (maybe 12 points at most).

They ended up 9/11 in freethrows themselves and won off of hitting back to back 3 pointers. I actully think I should of won, but T-Mac blew to clutch freethrows at the end that allowed them to get back in at the end of the game.

Final score 110 to 109 TrailBlazers.

You should get alot more freethrows this way.

Now I need to readjust the shooting stats again because they seemed like they were a tad to high 54 and 52 percent. not bad but I like to keep'em a tad lower 35- 52 percent. I'll try more teams and see if any of the games get lowers stats before I change them.

If any of you get your foul calling stats up list them and your stats like FG, 3 Pointers, Steals, and ETC.

      Thanks

What is turn dekes down to 0 or only one notch. Does that have something to do with sliders.

          Thanks

Yeah, dekes are found in the slider section along with 2 pointers, 3 pointers, game speed, dunks and etc.

It still cracks me up that Microsoft calls fakes "dekes" in ID 2003.

"Deke" is a hockey term -- I've never heard it used in hoops before this game. Still, ID 2003 is a fine game!
