A few questions about Inside Drive 2003

    Okay folks,

I've been a faithful NBA2k series player since the series debuted on Dreamcast. With that said, I'm tired of waiting for SEGA and Microsoft to work out their roster update issues and with all I've been reading about Inside Drive, it's got me curious.

I have a few questions for you ID devoted players.

1: Are there updated rosters available via XBox Live?

2: What would you consider to be the Top 5 Reasons a person should buy Inside Drive 2003 as opposed to NBA2K3?

If anyone can help me out with these questions, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

no xbox live support at all.

    1. cpu ai is the best of all 3 bball titles.
    2. sliders for each individual player.
    3. more fluid fast break by you and the computer.

That's all I can really think of but I prefer 2k3 so take it for what it's worth.

I'm just wondering, do you guys remember how god the A.I. was on 2k2 on dreamcast? How does it stack up to ID's. If you were a 2k2 DC player.

To be honest (and again, I prefer 2k3 to ID) ID2003 has the best gameplay AI I've seen in a basketball game. I think the difference in multiplayer between 2k3 and 2k2 is huge where as the single player experience is a lot closer. This is probably b/c most of the changes they made seemed to be geared towards playing online with xbox live. With that said I think 2k3 multiplayer is much better than ID as well. I prefer 2k3 single player to ID but I do understand how someone that REALLY focuses on gameplay would pick ID. There are just too many graphical, animation and audio issues for me in ID to like it more than 2k3.

          1. AI is the best ever for any bball game. This makes IDs Franchise Mode thee best to play through. You'll win by 10 one day and lose by 20 the other. You must know the strengths and weaknesses of the team your playing!
          2. Created Player in Franchise is the best ever for any bball game. You earn points by how good your created player does in each game. So you choose how your player grows through the seasons.
          3. Stat tracking. ID keeps track of double doubles, triple doubles and quadruple doubles if you can get that! Also trackes how many player of the games you get, player of the months. There's also a trophy case to keep all your nba championship trophies your win!
          4. Players cutting to the basket. They know when to do it right so you can totally take advantage of an open lane to the basket.
          5. NBA Records. If you break any existing NBA Record it will tell you and it will be saved for you to view any time. I broke the all time blocks record one time. Hoping to break wilt the stilts record one day!

I broke the steals record. And I don't see me breaking the points record any time soon.
