Out of the box live 2003 isnt as good as 2k3, but once live has been fixed and editted, its ALOT better then 2k3 and even more realistic ( did i just say that

)

once edited, theres no more fast paced crap and no more frequent blocks or unrelaistic high scores and you get even more realistic game stats then nba 2k3.

so yeh once edited live is defnitely the better game, only ones that would disagree would be the ones that havent played it editted or are just dumb sega fanboys..

sales also prove live is the better out of the too. live outselling 2k3 3:1

Not to be too pedantic, but sales mean it's more popular...not better.

Most game buyers who buy basketball games are 12 - 20. That's your LIVE audience. (Unlike say NFL, where a lot of guys in their 20's, 30's and 40's buy NFL games. I have a mate at work who is 36 and buys one game a year...NCAA Football)

I'd guess just about everyone over 20 and who have watched years of b-ball...myself included...bought 2K and / or ID2003.

It's a different market. EA aims for the kids who don't know what a cutter means. Kids who vote Carter to the all star game when he's hardly played a decent game for two years...

lots of people over 20 including myself have bought live 2003...ive also got 2k3 :P and as i said out of the box it sucks but once edited its the better game

I didn't say he sucked. I said he hasn't played a decent game...actually I should be fair and say a decent stretch of games...for almost two years. That's not all star material.
