Anyway, there isn't an actual Roster Update or anything, but if you to GameFaqs someone posted his own Roster Update and he updates it whenever something in the league happens...I used it and it's pretty tight...helps you out a lot if you want everyone to be on the right team...there's also a list of created players and the basics to create them...

How many players can you create? It seems like all the games have some amount of customizing to do.
