HELP!!!! Linksys network adapter

does this adapter even work with nba 2k3 if you do not have a router. because i have been trying to log in for da past 3 days and it keeps giving me the same could not intialize dns server" please help me i am using ps2

I use a Linksys network adapter and I have no problems. Can you use your internet on your computer when your network adapter?

no i cant use my internet on my pc because i disconnect the modem from the pc and connect it to the ps2. When i test the connection it says successful. can you help me

When you did the internet connection wizard thing that came with the PS2 Netowrk adapter did it connect?

Also, have you been able to get online for any games.

yeah when i did the wizard it connected and i've only tried going online with nba 2k3.

Try turning off your computer power as well as any external modems. Also, if oyu have any other games that owrk online such as madden 2003 nfl 2k3 socom etc. Then try those as well. Anyway, do you have a NBA 2K3 roster update??
