Hey I rented the game last night, and I don't know if there is a option that I missed or what. But I don't see teams playing there usual styles. Ex I played against the Mavs, I was Seattle. I read on this board that the Mavs run and gun on the game, but I didn't see that. All I saw was Finley shooting most of the time, Dirk didn't look to score neither did Nash. So is there a option that I need to adjust or turn on, or what? I appreciate the help guys, thanks. Oh yeah, I am playing on the hardest level, so the difficulty level is there.

The realism is there for me.
I've played around 12 games since I bought it last week.
The teams tend to play the style their play in real life.
Try that same exact game, and see what happens.

When I played the Mavs, Dirk and Nash both dropped 30+ on me. Finley just may have gotten hot.
Also, you don't really appreciate it until you've played a few different teams. Then you really notice how each team comes at you differently.Comment

Thats a good point. I played them again and Nash killed. So I guess it was the d I was playing. Also what camera do you guys play on and why?Comment

I'm used to the Nba2k series and their default angle, Plus I can see the whole court a lot better.
Some of the side views tend to zoom in too much at times.Comment

Team don't have specific plays. The playbook is the same for everyone but from what I know, they run plays to suit their strengths and star players.Comment

The playbooks aren't the same.
Check out your profile and checking out the Playbook there. YOu can use the R and L triggers to go through the teams.
AT the start of each game though, you start the game with your "4 plays" which are a part of your CUSTOM PLAYBOOK.
Just press Y and go back to default and you'll se 4 plays that that team usually runs.Comment
