This is the only thing that really bugs me with this otherwise great game... How do you get more F/T attempts in a game??? I am playing on franchise mode with the Rockets on 10 min qtrs and I have played about 40 games so far. On average I get about 4 F/T attempts per game! Sometimes I don't get any at all... I would say the CPU opponents get about 12 F/T per game against me. Is there any way of drawing the foul more so that I can go to the line more often? Unfortunately, it seems that there are no sliders for this.... By the way, I have fouling turned all the way up in the rules settings. It is also hard to get the cpu into the penalty F/T situation... I can usually get them to reach their allowed limit in the quarter but then they just won't foul!! Any ideas or suggestions?

I think basketball game developers need to implement a new player rating like "Ability to draw the foul". For example players such as Stackhouse and Jordan (when he was younger) would have very high ratings like 99. What do you think?Comment

Yeah that sounds cool
, A rating to draw fouls would be something to add to next year's game, plus to answer your question I avg about 10-15 trips to the line on 8 min quarters.

What do you do to get that many free throws? Consistently drive to the hole? how many fg attempts do you get in the game? Do you constantly run up and down the court chucking up shots? Or play a patient game on offense and disciplined defense?Comment

I too don't get as many free throws as i would like but i lowered the steal slider for both teams down five notches to unsuccessful.Doing this gives you alot of reach in fouls.
Also,it seems when your player has a wide open shot sometimes they'll run at you and you'll get a shooting foul.
Another thing i''ve done was put the block slider for both teams to more successful.About 4 notches up,this also seems to give me more fouls at the post.Playing at a faster speed seems to give you more fouls aswell.
As i said i don't get as many as i'd like but have managed to get 30+ in some games doing this way.Other games i'll only get ten.If you read some of Neo's posts you'll get a better idea of how to draw the fouls.But it definately needs work on next year.
Funny said that the computer gets more fouls than yourself cause i seem to always get more than the computer team.
