are you kidding me!!!! if your a true nba fan, real basketball player, and video game bball player there is no way you can be serious. you have to be someone who doesn't like a challenge and someone who likes playing a game where the superstar scores 80 a game and the cpu AI just stands around and watch cause that is what live is. i used to be a big live fan back in the day but now i'm an older smarter consumer and that is a bad product. example in real life the suns play uptempo fastbreak bball and the spurs play half court offense, no matter what team you play with in live with the AI they all play the same and in 2k8 each team plays like its true counterpart so come on man be real. i'm in iraq and i had live a whole week before i got 2k8 and mastered the game (example even on superstar level you could doubleteam a person and he would never pass to the open man the AI runs the same play)yes they improved but its a game for young kids not adults who really know basketball.

your just like the other guy you must be another young teenager who knows nothing about(probablly never played real bball)basketball let alone bball video games. i guess its cool if you want a game that just looks good and has poor AI where no team has its own personality (suns play the same as the hawks)come on guy be real. but hey its your money have fun

geez...even people that know nothing about nba videogames know that...

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! "its in the game" no its not first of all the stadium chants (ex: detroit fans yell sheeed and chauncey ba ba billups, bulls fans yell beat the heat in fourth qtr, announcers even call stars by nicknames d-wade, tmac etc.) then the cutscenes, 2k has realistic looking fouls where you can be pushed slightly or even pushed down on the floor and the opposing player will even get up and push back and in some scenes gets restrained by a teammate. even celebrations a player may slap another player on the butt or the back of the head, signal the crowd to get up, i even seen a player hit a big 3 and high five a fan in the front row & thats not even half of the things that are in the game.(I wont even kill you about live's horrible gameplay how do you have an AI that makes phx & atl equal)so if ea says its in the game then why don't they have any of these realistic things i just named OH YOU CAN'T ANSWER THAT ONE UH hey come on guy you must be another young teenager who can't handle a challenge with a real game you would rather play a game where your star avgs 50 points per game so you can win all the awards in the game.
