NBA Live 96 (SNES): I loved this game. I was 12 when this game came out. Me, my brother and my older cousin use to stay up all night playing this. Even through the summer when the NBA is over. Draining three's was easy. I remember scoring in the 120's in 5 minute quarters. It was arcadey but real fun for a kid my age at the time.
NBA Live 2000 (PS1): This was the last great NBA Live IMO. This game was amazing. Can't remember if this or Live '99 had the TNT overlays. So much memories. This had the best graphics for any Live games that came out in the 90s and the gameplay was awesome. After this game Live fell off.
NBA 2K8 (Xbox 360): I had the most fun online with this game. Played the hell out of this game online. Didn't play much association mode because the online games took up most of my hours. I loved the lobbies also. i can choose who I can play based on their connection and rankings.
College Hoops 2K8 (Xbox 360): This is my absolute favorite sports game this gen hands down. Loved their Legacy mode. The patched fixed this game dramatically. Me and my brother did a 64-team tournament. He chose 32 teams and I had 32. We played every single game in our customized March Madness.
Those are the games I put the most hours into. As far as my least favorite NBA game that I played least. I would have to say NBA Live 06 (Xbox 360), NBA Live 07 (Xbox 360) and NBA 2K9 for the Xbox 360. NBA 2K9 sucks IMO. 2K10 on the other hand is looking real good and I can't wait for the patch.
