    NBA 2K10 in a NUTSHELL

This happens on any difficulty. Football like accuracy on full court passes.

It has happened since NBA2K1 and sliders don't fix the issue.

It has never been fixed and makes the game unplayable. The whole game is based on overhead passes everywhere(it feels like a soccer game if you play long enough). The post game was apparently re-worked from scratch yet it feels the same with it being impossible to dunk after rolling or spinning near the basket if there are players around you, you won't even attempt a dunk.

Everything near the basket is a one handed shot and you can't control reverse layups unless you're in the perfect spot.

I don't feel any control in dribbling, one on one, or passing. Everything is an animation drawn out.

Your teammates and CPU don't play defense, the AI is the same since 2K1. they have down syndrome.

The gather step before jump shots is annoyingly still there, you can't play a smooth simulation in NBA 2K games. And the developers don't really care as long as they work on more animations that look pretty.

They need to start from the ground up but they probably never will.

I bought it for PC only because I don't pirate and I want the mod community to bring me my 96 bulls.

And the most they'll ever get out of me is $20 because their work is not worth $60 by any stretch of the imagination.

I was once a VC fan early on but man have they turned into flippant lazy developers.

      Just slightly nitpicking, no?

If this gets locked I won't lose any sleep. Impressions thread?
EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure.
