Can't wait till we have 10 human players in 1 game

I was just reading a post from a NHL Rivals developer and he was saying that online the game would support 10 players with a max of 6 Xbox systems connected.

This sounds really interesting, and hopefully Sega or EA does this the same thing with their basketball games very soon.

Assuming that they do this sometime down the road, which position do you think you guys would play online?

I think I would be a power forward or center so I can stuff all those Kobe and McGrady fg attempts.

I think it would be fun, but a whole lot of chaos in the beginning.

As for the postition, I would like to be either SG or C. Actually, I don't really care, I like all of them. Any spot would be fun.

From my experiences of playing NBA live with 5 players vs. the cpu. Its not that fun. For 1, its always a ball hog. 2, its extremly hard to play defense in Live so people never end up sticking the right person leaving someone open for an easy cruise to the basket. 3. The camera angles in order to see everybody on the court. Nobody I know likes the behind the player cam, so we all play with the regular sideline and you'll lose you player in certain spots in the offensive end.
But the main problem is, nobody plays any organized basketball.
I would have loved to play 2K3 5 players since its more slower and defense is much easier.

yea, what's with no one liking the behind the back camera? i love it. me and my friends at school play a franchise with 4 of us on one team, it's hectic at first but once we calm down we all know our roles. i'm the SG, i'm the #3 scoring option, best defender, mid-range and 3 pt. shooter and best passer. the PG is the leader, clutch 3's, good decision making, the SF is the #2 option, our go to the hole guy, best 3 pt shooter, but gets greedy, and our C is our #1 threat, defensive powerhouse, blocks and rebounds everything, also gets greedy.

but after like 6 games we got comfortable with each other (started out 2-4), but we won the next 22 games to go 22-4 and finish 2nd. scoring was pretty even.

                PG- 22 ppg, 12 asts, 1.8 stls
                SG- 28 ppg, 10 asts, 7 stls
                SF- 34 ppg, 8 rebs, 8 blks
                C- 38 ppg, 12 rebs, 11 blks

as u see, our back-ups hardly ever play unless we're in foul trouble, we're usually good on the fouls/fatigue, unless i start fouling too much tryin to get steals. It's fun, but u gotta have players that know their role. If you're using the Kings and your controlling Doug Christie, don't shoot a lot, play defense, know your role.
