They work but your not going to see something dramatic. I recommend the Air Alert program, knew a few friends that used it and it worked.
btw how old are you? increasing your vertical leap definately depends on where you are age wise.Comment

There was a discussion about Air Alert. Some guys said that it hurt their knees, so you should be careful with whatever you try.
