For those of you that somewhat like the EA bball games...

I bought 2k10 on release date and enjoyed it for the most part for a while untill it started to seem...i dont know a little too much like 2k9. So, I tradedit in and got NBA Live 10 because it seemed to have a lot of potential and i was debating as to which what game I was going to get in the first place.

Anyways, I really like EA's NCAA Basketball 10 and I also like NBA 2k10 but currently I have NBA Live 10. So this is where you guys come in.

I have played Live over and over and try to get into it but I just cant and I dont know why. So I am thinking about trading it back in to get 2k10. BUT, my main question is, Will I dislike NCAA Bball if I have two different styles of basketball games? I would really enjoy some help or opinions thanks!

There is a chance that you might dislike both games. This is what happened to me last year. When I played NCAA 09, I looked for College Hoops. When I launched College Hoops, I couldn't stand it, because it felt old. Same for the Live 09 and 2K9.

But this years bball titles are much better overall. It might be a refreshing experience for you.

My main gripe is the huge difference in control schemes. I mean I really want to like 2K10, but its too complicated for me. Lets face it, 2K's system is not very practical.

Personally I dont mind complicated. The thing I do mind in 2k10 tho is the fluidity of controls and movement. I updated rosters for 2k8 and find it hard to switch to 2k10 again but I try from time to time Tried Live10 as well but I mainly play dynasty and tbh its crap plus the players feel so light compared to 2k.

For me 2k8 has the best controls. Sure its old but it has cloth animations and all those details so I kinda got over it
I like 2k9 but only on PC where I can use AA etc, with the patch its a great game. Again, used updated rosters and play it when I dont feel like playing x360 But still the controls arent as good as 2k8's.
