    Were NBA Authentic Jerseys Always Stitched?


    I always wondered this. people tell me it was not until recent that the nba started using stitched jerseys can someone confirm

    They've been stitched since as long as I can remember. I don't recall NBA jerseys ever being screen printed.

        they stoped screen printing them after the 91-92 season. The Dream Team 92 unis are the 1st ones i think of that werent and that season they all were in the NBA.

          I have that exact MJ jersey and the numbers on the tops weren't stiched.

          Once you washed it it was all over LOL

          They were expensive too

            if you look at mj pic from the 92 and 93 finals you can see the diffrences .

                That's right. For example, the Bulls did not have stitched jerseys until the '92-'93 season. Before that they were heavily screen printed (not like the ones you can buy at a store).

                Be careful with those Mitchell and Ness jerseys. I know they and other people say they're authentic, but my authentic jerseys are made by the company who made them that particular season. I have a '93 MJ jersey by Champion and a '98 MJ jersey by Nike.
