Yeah If Drive would have been out earlier, I would have gave it some serious playing time. But now 40 games into my season with the Raptors In Live, which by the way is the most I have ever completed in a season), I highly doubt that I will be restarting. Of course I will most likely be done with my first season by then. I will still pick it up a little bit later, just because I loved last years, but who knows, after Live for the PC, I may never come back.

I'll be getting it either way. IMHO, its player tendencies and team tendencies are still superior to anything out, though Live 2004 is pretty good.Comment

Re: New release date for ID2004...
I think that if ID fixed their animations and upgraded the graphics a tad, this game would be great. The addition of XSN is looking very intriguing, and the new "arc" that players put on the ball is great, so hopefully, this game will be great.Twitter - WTF_OS

I think you'll be frustrated with LIVE. It's just my guess, but there are some major 'non sim' issues that game has...that a lot of ID guys are going to hate over time.
After reading the ESPN boards just now...I am getting the feeling more and more that most of us are going to be rushing to buy ID2004 on the day it's released.
The other two seem to have come up short again IMO...
Maybe Inside Drive has just spoiled us too much. Even one of the guys who works at VC said that they saw High Voltage as the only guys who were "100% sim"...Comment

Re: New release date for ID2004...
Monkey, I had ID last year and loved it and I love Live 2004 this year. I think it's a great sim, albeit there are some flaws. I hope ID fixes the animations, crowd atmosphere, and makes it a bit more difficult to get to the hole.Comment
