You create your player as a High School senior.. (like NCAA football12)
You're at the end of your senior year with like 4-10 games left (adjustable).. After each game you can add skill points making your player better and getting a better prospect rank, after a few games you'll get some college offers based on your player ranking and caliber and location.. The better you are then you'll be able to add schools of your choice.. You can make official visits to schools that want you and they'll give you options and ideas of how much they want you and how much you'll play..
Then come scholarship offers, schools that want you will begin offering scholarships to you midway thru the season and you'll have to cut choices down to 6 schools.. As the season ends you'll need to cut it to 4.. Then you'll have state playoffs, they reach up to 4 more games.. After that you'll be able to make your choice, or cut to 3.. Then play in the mcdonalds game, then you'll have to make your decision.
Then you'll be a Freshmen at that school, if you're a star you may be starting but like most freshmen you'll probably come off the bench.. As the season goes you'll be given tasks to complete on court, off court training, and some academic thing like NCAA used to do.. As you progress your name will start to receive more hype and opposing teams will start to play your player tougher.. At the end of the season you'll see where you stack up in a mock NBA draft.. If your high enough or like where you are you can export your player to NBA 2k or even transfer if you'd like..
Sophomore and Junior years will be a repeat really.. Other than you can aquire higher roles and leadership..
Senior Year.. You'll most likely be the captain of the team.. You'll be able to run the offense (more or less for guards) and have complete control of most things out there.. You'll get to enjoy senior night at the end of the season as well..
Then it's off to NBA 2k
