IS MJ in shootout 2004?

Does anyone know if MJ is in shootout 2004? if not, then why are they saying the greatest 50 players

without the best player of alltime.Its sad when you can't even use someone in a video game.Damn

I don't think he is but it is still advertised as the 50 greatest players but with 49.

EA and MJ agreed to some contract that would make him appear exclusively in EA games. Never Shootout or ESPN games.

I think the contract is still in effect, as a matter of fact....

I may be wrong but I thought I read about shootout 2004 just saying, you can play with 50 of the greatest players in the nba right now in the present, like t-mac, kobe, carter, shaq, duncan, iverson, etc.
