Re: I want to know a few things

Talk to the hand Sureshot, lol.

Yeah, there are most likely unlockables. It just hasn't been out long enough for anyone to do anything. Like last year, you could unlock young Jordan (Rookie style), Pippen, Reggie Miller, and a whole lot of others, unlock different balls, and the rooftop court in Chicago. There are most likely unlockables though.

And if I were you, I would definatley rent the game, if not go ahead and spring for the purchase if you like the simulation aspect of basketball.

So Graphik, are you glad we talked you into this game?

Oh hell yea. I've actually been wanting to try 2003 but never got around to it. But I had to get 2004 and see what all the fuss is about. I still like Live but only because the franchise is more deep. But what I was really looking for is a realistic basketball sim and I've found that with ID. Its a choice between having a great basketball game vs a good basketball game with extra features like unlockable shoes and dynasty points. I think I want the great basketball since thats all I should be focusing on anyway.

Listen pal, this is MY thread!

haha - just kidding. Ok those sound like great answers so far, this should at least warrent a rent. But you are telling me there are no unlockables. Nothing special for doing certain things? What game modes are there? Like Practice, Exhibition, 21, anything?

      Thanks agian guys!

No unlockables. You can earn points to upgrade your created player. It looks really detailed. And you can try to beat out historical records. So far, thats the only extra features ID has. Game modes are Practice, where you can practice shooting and practice free throws. EXIBITION, SEASON, PLAYOFFS, AND ONLINE.
