How Do I Rename Players On The Free Agent List?

The screen says hit the A button to bring up the virtual keyboard, but it won't work. How do I do this? Also, how do I edit the rosters to reflect updated rosters? Do I release every player to the free agent pool and begin adding them back? Will there be AR updates?

I believe with fever they put some rosters on the XBOX official magazine demo disk. So hopefully they can do that again. But you can't change the player's names, maybe you can create them after a code comes out for Unlimited created players.
