Would I get realistic scores like in the high 70's, 80's, 90's, and low 100's, or would I get ridiculous 154 - 132 type games. I have ESPN and while it is fun to play it isn't all that realistic and I usually prefer sims.

You'll prolly get unrealistic scores..If you want real type scores set your quarters to about 8-9 mins I'd say..I usually play 7 or 8 min quarters and most games I can usually put up mid 70's to low 80s -
