Is there any way to exchange roster files?

I just spent the past hour editing all the players in the league to more accurate ratings, especially rebounding. I was going to send them to my buddy so we can have the same roster file but ID doesn't let you freakin save roster files! That's inexcusable.

Is there any way I can get my rosters onto his xbox since there's no actual roster file save?

    Thanks,

You can only save the rosters in your season & not in exhibition.

Here is what you need to do:

Select the season option and go to settings. Now set the season up the way you want it.....82 games, difficulty, which roster to use, etc. Then save the season without choosing to start the 2003-04 season. Send this file to your friend, and when he loads the season all he will have to do is select front office, then select ownership change, then select which team(s) he will control, then he can start the season with the rosters you edited.

All this is assuming you both have Action Replay...which I'm sure you do!

Thanks for the response but we really wanted the rosters to use online, not in season mode.

I can't believe a sports game in 2003/4 would not let you save a roster file. I haven't seen that since the days of Sega Genesis.

I guess no way to use them online?

What I dont understand is that the rosters ARE saved somewhere. It says "saving". Where the heck does it save it to?
