Re: ID2003 or ID2004?
The changes are subtle, but they are their. The new rebounding system is awesome. Im having trouble still winning games, which is good. I think I have to go back to Vet instead of All Star. If you are a bad team, you will know it. If you are the Mavs of the Lakers, you will see a MAJOR difference.GT: Event Horizon 0Comment

Re: ID2003 or ID2004?
The rebounding model is very much improved. There can also be more fouls, although sometimes the refs swallow the whistles a little too much like last year. Graphics are marginally better, especially the way the shots look (no line drives) and the drive camera is much improved (no slowdown). There are many more loose balls. The other differences are subtle and will take time to notice.
If I didn't already have the game, I would buy 2004 at Circuit City this week and get the $10 gift card. Then I would have the newer version and wouldn't be out that much more money than if I bought the 2003 version (after you consider resale value).Comment

Leebo's dead on. There's enough here to make a great game even better. Set the fouls to strict and you'll get more realistic numbers of fouls (although too many and-1s and fouls on threes). I absolutely love it, well worth another $50 IMHO.Comment
