    How to lower shot attempts???

Is there a way to lower the # of CPU shot attempts in a game? I'm trying to play All Star, 12 min quarters, and the last game of me (Raptors) vs the Blazers, they put up 120ish shots! Now, I'm no bball expert, but that's a little high! On 44% shooting they scored 130! pts. I scored 120 on 56% shooting.....

I still need to improve my D a lot...... do you think that would make the CPU slow down a bit and wait longer for their shots?

I've thought about lowering the player speed down a notch to slow up the game, but the default speed seems fine to me....

    Any ideas?

I play on 10 minute quarters and I get realstic stats try that and like you said just improve your D.

How much time does the CPU take off the shot clock on average? Is the CPU aware of shot clock strategy?

I like to play on 11 minute quarters and move the ball alot so I usually also take atleast 15 seconds off the clock. I hope the CPU does the same.

I think a lot of it has to do with your D. I'm noticing that the CPU is taking a lot of shots, and a lot of it is because they are wide open, or are driving the lane on me. I think once i get better at guarding, hopefully they won't shoot as quickly as they'll have to move the ball around more.

Also, I have to average at least 10 turnovers a game on bad passes, which usually end up as a break the other way and an easy 2.....

                      Exactly.

if you are playing good D, the cpu really has to work for a shot...and they do....but if you prematurely go for the block or steal or lose your man....you will PAY immediately.

                      Good AI.
