What shooting do u guys use?

Easy or Normal? I have trouble making anything on normal. I'm not that good of a shooter can some1 please give me some hints on how to become a better shooter and defender!!!

Go with easy thats base upon the player rating!! My last two online games I've been blown out by 60 & 50 points using normal.. shooting in the 20% percent range..
