not that I know of...the only way for this person to get the rosters would probably be Action Replay and downloading them from there...I'm sure that roster people have better ones out than the roster updates anyways

Have you tried checking the Rosters & Downloads Forum? It's the place at OS to final all ... well, all the Rosters and Downloads.

Check the Available Files Index for a full list of the files available for download.

Have you tried checking the Rosters & Downloads Forum? It's the place at OS to final all ... well, all the Rosters and Downloads.

Check the Available Files Index for a full list of the files available for download.
