How do I use updated rosters in my season?

Is this possible? I just downloaded the winter update but can't seem to update my season rosters.

Make sure you go to options and gamplay settings and set your rosters.

I'm not clear if this is what you're asking, but:

You can't import the updated rosters into an existing season. You can, however, start a new season with them.

Yeah, that's exactly what I was hoping I could do. Oh well...maybe start again and sim a few more games...
