WTF how do you load rosters?

I just went through and edited the updated rosters, and yet they dont work in game. When I go back and check the rosters, they are how i changed them, but they still dont work.

Go to options /gameplay/game settings Look at rosters and change them from winter update to custom. Now go to team manager and check the rosters to make sure they reflect the changes you made to the update. If this doesn't work, let me know.

Ya it works, but dam why dont they just make it a simple load thing like most games
