can you use updated rosters online? also how updated are they... do put out a roster update frequently? thx in advance...

Yes you can use them online. They seem to be updated seasonaly. For example we got a Fall Roster Update and most recently a Winter roster update.

Yeah it is pretty easy to find a game online. I'd say it's probably got the most online guys in the lobby of any game I've played all year. Plus a lot of OSers play online.
