That's probably true. But that doesn't bother me, because the game plays fairly realistically as far as I'm concerned. The offense isn't one-dimensional, and it is varied enough so it's hard to generally enforce a shot clock violation or whatever.

However, it would be a good idea obviously to implement in the next version of ID. At least, to some extent.

I finally have the controls mastered to the point that i can shoot a hook shot when i want to and move pretty good. Finally have the feel for being able to do fade-aways when I want. So i like the variety of moves compared to other games , except I am not satisfied with the control-responsiveness of post moves , on both offense and defense. Its almost to the point that you have to string like 3 or 4 of the generic moves that they give while using the post and turbo triggers to help manuever the player. When i first got the game i had to spend some time in shootaround to be able to get any confidence with the moves.

A lot of them are. I don't know why High Voltage chose to do that, but they did, unlike the previous version. Only way to get it rectified is by pretty much downloading the latest roster patches. That still won't fix the unsigned free agents, though, I think.

Yeah how rosters are handled in the ID series needs a big improvement. They need:

- One seperate roster file, not just included in the seasons so they are downloadable.
- Real free agents instead of dudes like Chris Power etc
- The ability to alter numbers, positions and appearences of players.
