Do ratings really matter in an arcade basketball game?

I was actually surprised to find that players were rated at all, as that seemed a little too sim for me.

No, but the fact that they actually put in a new rating system and then got them incorrect does.

I was excited about this game, but with the baseball games coming out March 1st, I may just hold off and pick up one of them instead..

I enjoyed Street 2 a lot, but I enjoyed MVP more..
