Maybe it's just me, but is anyone else having trouble getting your team to execute the play you call? Half the time I call a play, everyone just stands around or does nothing resembling what they're supposed to be doing.

You need to make sure your in the correct position when you call a play if the diagram has you at the top of the key and your calling the play from the sidelines it happens kind of like your describing.Originally posted by ZXLT

I wonder if this is tied into the intelligence of your players. even if it isn't i like this aspect becuse plays aren't ran to perfection everytime down anyway...
so goto practice mode 5 on 5 and know where you need to be to initiate a play calling a play from the wrong area seems to confuse the players cause your standing where someone else is suppossed to be.

I've been calling plays from the top of the key, which is where they're diagrammed to start from, and have still been having this trouble. Any other ideas?Comment

Pause and go to Coaching -> Playbooks. You can't change your plays during gameplay.Comment
