Setting Rosters?

Sorry if this has already been asked, but is there a way to set the rosters (starting linups, etc.) for all the teams in your roster save or can you only do it at the screen with the teams you are currently playing. That would be very annoying if that is the case. Thanks.

Press start to edit lineups and make zone substitutions.
