There are also some inaccuracies when "basket interference" and "goaltending" is called.. many times it looks like a made-up call, or its wrongly attributed to the offensive player

You guys are nuts! This game is great! Haven't you watched sports before on TV? Not every game is the same!

I know it's more complex than this, but dang enjoy the game because it is terrific. What a deep legacy mode holy cow!

Are you an employee of 2k sports? This is a bug/glitch thread and if you fail to see the bugs/glitches you are either the one who is nuts or doesn't watch games on TV or a member of 2k sports in denial. If you did watch games on TV, you would notice that there are many more turnovers and non-shooting fouls called in real life than what can be achieved in this game.

The legacy mode has some broken items in it as well that seriously takes away from its "deep" gameplay. Thankfully we have a thread like this so we can communicate things to the developers.

I agree, and it even seems worse online. I've been called for basket interference on a dunk before.

yes, one game I played they called 4 offensive goaltending calls on my center when I was going up for a layup

man.. i seriously hate to keep piling on, but this stuff has to brought to the light so that it can be fixed in the future..

The latest glitch/inaccuracy comes in a situation at the end of games where the stats will always show the C and SF as the top 2 rebounders.. out of 100+ games ive never had another position lead in rebounds, its always been that order C, SF.
I cant tell if its wrongly crediting whomever is manning the SF with rebounds, or just the mechanics of the game thats allowing my (usually) 6'4/6'5 poor rebounding stat SFs to grab these boards.. i think its the former, as i rarely see a rebound hit the ground, and the majority of SF's in the game are averaged size w/bad rebounding attributes.

Complaining now cause the 7'0 and 6'9 guys are the leading rebounders LMFAO. I control the PG and usually come away with 6-8 boards a game with the PG.

My PF gets a ton of rebounds. Going after boards is one of the best parts about this game.

Actually if you read correctly, you would see that the issue im wondering about is whether rebounds are pre-determined to goto those 2 positions(C, SF) regardless of rating. Or is the game incorrectly crediting them with rebounds.

Sorry I tend to use a big lineup cause of my teams lack of rebounds otherwise. I am using Sac State and have tend to use a big front court rather than 3 guards. SF are usually the best athletes, so they should be able to fly around the court and get hustle plays on boards or loose balls. Just from what I have experienced from my time with the game. I dont really see this as a bug a glitch though that the C, and SF are your leading rebounders.

Not really a bug or a glitch but its something that needs changed, the classic teams have normal shorts on!
Its damn near criminal for Larry Bird to be forced to wear his shorts all the way down to his ankles.

It's not a rumor, it's a fact. At least on the 360 it is.

I admit to not having read this entire thread and I do see the "F" rating for standing dunk, BUT I have also seen a few recruits with "A" or "B" ratings for that skill. Just FYI.

I searched this thread for "rotation" but last night I finally got into my legacy and the roation minutes were very weird. I use v3.3 of the rosters from the roster forum and heelfans sliders and I use Kentucky. I got through everything for the ABL and practice and got to my first week of games. I go to make sure my rotation minutes are distributed properly and they were very out of whack from where they were. Plus out of 200 minutes, there were 260 minutes distributed (which is obviously too much) and I could not deplete anyone's minutes. So when I backed out it said it needed fixing and that I could do it or the CPU. When I try, it won't let me change any minutes so I had to let the CPU fix it and then redistribute the minutes accordingly. Then the alternative rotation was the same way but I could not change it and was never given an option to let the CPU do it.

Then I start my first game and check the minutes again before the game starts and now there are over 300 minutes distributed and I have to go through the same thing to change it (let the CPU fix it).

Anyway, didn't have an effect on anything just seemed weird.

Yeah, it will show all different grades, but the rating will always be 0.
