Damn. Just started another season at Cal Poly, got off to a 4-0 start against mostly lightweights, but have lost my last two games by 22 and 5 respectively. Both on the road..but just against Arizona State and Michigan. Just when I think I've figured this game out my team can't make anything. The Big Sky conference season can't get here soon enough the way my guys are playing.

Sadly, I have a PS3. There are several 360 versions on EBay for international users but only mega expensive PS3 versions.

Well time to pick this game back up again. Watched Iona vs Purdue earlier and got the itch. Here we go, CH2k8 has returned to own my soul.

I didn't get to watch that game unfortunetly which would've been great for me, a huge Boilermaker fan. Instead, I read about it, and WOW, Robbie had a great game. The next game against Temple was just as good, but that game against Alabama.....ouch!

Alabama has a great defense, and that was a big lesson learned by Purdue because I have a feeling that other Big Ten teams are going ot play just as tight of defense as they had.

Try the used section at EB Games/Gamestop. You'll find one from time to time. Either that or ebay.

I'm taking the plunge and going to pick this back up tomorow if it's still in stock. I feel like an idiot for ever trading it for the 3 or 4 bucks I got for it at the time. It's a little dated graphic and control wise but still the best college hoops game ever.

I just popped the game back in today! I already feel right at home with it. This is the longest I have ever played one game. What has it been 4 years now? Man, we need a new CHoops more than ever!

We need a new CHoops, but as long as 2K stays true to form on this. I really enjoy the way it plays and how it's not all "show."

You really have to earn your W's in this game, and I love it. I even like the Default Camera on here.

The only thing I'd change would be if you're playing Man or Zone. In Man, I'd like for it to do like NBA 2K where it shows the little >> if your man assignment is whichever way so you can stick with him easier.

Also, on Zone, it would show the proper Circle to stay within so you're playing it properly.

Slightly upgrade the Graphics a touch, make it so you can build a larger Arena once you have a good Tradition at a small school, change the Font so you can differentiate between D's and O's more easily, and that'd be it.

I called all the used game stores in my city, including EB Games, and no luck. So it's looking like i'm going to have to go over to Buffalo or Niagara Falls and try to find it. Obviously nobody in Canada has the same passion for College Hoops as i do.

I totally agree on being able to build a bigger arena! I've got UNC-Greensboro rocking in year 5...don't want to leave, but I'm tired of playing in front of 2,800 people.

Yeah, it's part of the reason I've deleted my Hartford Hawks Legacy. 3-straight NC Game apperances, lost 1st game, won back-to-back Titles after that...yet playing in front of 3,997 isn't gonna cut it.

I'm starting over, and want to play in front of a minimum of 5,000. It does make it hard to play in front of such small crowds.

Plus, I'd like to be able to take teams with the annoying Volleyball court, and get them their own spot, haha.

Only thing I would say is to change the arena for each of your home games to a bigger arena close to the school.

I had a SC Upstate legacy once and the gym was basically a high school gym. Honestly I loved it. Everyone was packed like in Cameron Indoor and it was awesome! No one could ever beat us at home

That's what's great about this game too the different arenas, atmospheres, different play styles etc. I usually edit some of the courts since some of them had floor changes etc.
