Re: This game owns my soul.
I'll tell you what. The defense in this game is ridiculous. UNF players step for step with UF players? All day? Are you serious? am i supposed to mash Y all day for crossovers or something? That's very unintuitive compared to using left trigger...
I'm also VERY unimpressed with the handling in this game. Barely moving the stick the player moves full speed, sometimes in a different direction than I'm moving the stick. wtf? Everyone also likes to step back 2 feet a lot when I do perimeter passes, is that normal?Last edited by FedExPope; 01-15-2012, 02:16 AM.Comment

This game really does own your soul LOL I was loving Battlefield 3 but now I find myself really immersed in my Coach Mode closed legacy. Love the coach cam now that I know it follows the ball. Could never figure out what drove it. Now I know I only need to use the right stick to see the entire half court on the far end. 2K8 was way ahead of its time.

Re: This game owns my soul.
I need to get this game back into my gaming rotation; been watching a lot of College Hoops lately. The only thing that's difficult is going back to this game after playing 2K11 and 12.Currently Playing:

Man, I'd keep APF; you'd only get 50 cents or something for it now, so why not hold onto it?

Re: This game owns my soul.
Hello again everybody! I'm going to try and get "The System" working again, or at least a modified version of it. I've decided to start out this Career Legacy with Brown University. That's about it for now I guess lol...
EDIT: I guess another thing to add is that what I consider success in a career legacy is either receiving an offer from my FAVORITE TEAM: Purdue, OR ultimately winning a National Championship. I'll keep this going either as long as it can go or as long as I feel like it.Last edited by dxdude2004; 02-21-2012, 06:35 PM.James Naismith visited an Indiana basketball state finals game along with 15,000 screaming fans and later wrote, that while it was invented in Massachusetts, "basketball really had its origin in Indiana, which remains the center of the sport."Comment

Yeah, I guess that's what I really meant. I'm really off today...a good friend of mine passed away today because he overdosed... I shall keep his spirit alive in everything I do.James Naismith visited an Indiana basketball state finals game along with 15,000 screaming fans and later wrote, that while it was invented in Massachusetts, "basketball really had its origin in Indiana, which remains the center of the sport."Comment

So I lied... instead, I ggot new rosters, and I just decided I'll take over at Purdue in an open legacy because I love them too much to not just start with them.James Naismith visited an Indiana basketball state finals game along with 15,000 screaming fans and later wrote, that while it was invented in Massachusetts, "basketball really had its origin in Indiana, which remains the center of the sport."Comment

Re: This game owns my soul.
So the Purdue legacy is going alright so far. We're just coming off of a tough loss at home against Indiana State (I was still sort of experimenting with press settings). Now all I need are some awesome chants to put in via Chant Creator.
The problem here is, I'm suffering from a cold which is giving my quite the headache. If anybody has any really good (or maybe not so good?) chants that they've had in their game, would you mind sharing them? I'll try and think of some later, but for now...James Naismith visited an Indiana basketball state finals game along with 15,000 screaming fans and later wrote, that while it was invented in Massachusetts, "basketball really had its origin in Indiana, which remains the center of the sport."Comment
