Again I dont no if its true or not but this is what I have notice...It was alot more
I recently noticed this as well. Virigina has become a power house in my game, and for some reason they hire old coaches, they're a final four team nearly every year so they have frequent coaching changes often because their coaches usually retire. Anyway, they had 3 coaches in a span of 5-6 years, I noticed that all of the coaches had a similar coaching styles of Tony Bennett. Which is also why good smaller coaches have a hard time getting jobs. But a good test would be to edit the school who you feel could potentially change coaches, to the style of the coach you want to move on to a bigger school.

I simmed 5 years ahead and looked at how they stacked up, while some did overload on big men (about 1 or 2 Teams per conference), it is alot better than not having them go after big men at all. Besides, you can edit the undersized PF's into SF's.

    1st recruiting priority = Skills
    2nd recruiting priority = Size
I'm going to test this, and setting some teams to none. I feel like North Carolina and Kentucky should most definitely be Skills and Size.

Did you ever go through and test those recruiting priorities? Would love to hear your findings.

I actually did test it awhile back, but I vaguely remember it tho.

Love having this for the base game rosters. My skills at updating rosters and everything are non-existent lol, so I've been lookong to start a new legacy just using "original" rosters.
So I can use these for the recruiting aspect, but is there anywhere I can find something similar for the rest of the coach profile information for the base game coaches? I've been searching for it and haven't had any luck yet.
