Bracket and Post Patch Impressions (360)

Ok!!!!!
One thing I will tell everyone is this. Put your settings back at default after the patch, because with the new download of the bracket, which includes ratings changes. It makes the game play a whole lot smoother and better on default, just had a great game against Oregon in the new stadium and man they are smarter now! Love it!

Again Default sliders! peace!!!

UPDATE:This game has new animations, better flow! And no more unnecessary dunking! Its been replaced with some nice animations of layups. Also the playcalling and movements around the basketball is better. CPU actually throws back out for nice jumpers and not just post game, if feels more complete! Also I've seen numerous fastbreaks ran by the CPU. Very nice update! Thats what the patch was for. And all of this is on default!

I haven't had time to fool with the bracket but I will and I will hit you up with the Final Four Court graphics and things like that! Peace!

I know the courts and jerseys are for the 360 only but is the patch for the ps as well ??

oh! its coming! If this is how EA does authentic courts, its worth my 400points. I just know all Authentic 09 courts better be this beautiful, and the additional camera angles are incredible! Just wait til you see this video in 2 hours! Will be uploading and compressing soon!

Being a 2K fan and EA *****, I hope that EA is really taking a step forward in their game, because I like updated stuff and idk if I can bring myself to play 2K8 for more than 2 years. MM 09 might be a buy for me if they can match 2K's game. Also with Mac finally being in a game it would be fun to play there. Not to mention your appearance edits..you should do those on the PS3 just in case I get this game next year haha

In order to get the gameplay patch you have to pay 400 points? Or is it separated from the bracket, stadium, alternate uni pack?

the patch was automatic when you boot the game up, but I think the rating changes made the difference and thats the 400 microsoft points!

Did you play a few games just with the gameplay updates? It seems like they underhandedly charged us a for a gameplay patch.

I will rent it tomorrow to see if I like MM08 style of basketball, last one I played was 05 with Okur on the cover I think.
