This is gonna sound really stupid but how do you guys print these? Do you put em on regular paper and stick them in the sleeve or actually take out the current cover, flip it over and print it on the back?

Well, the arm that is in front isn't overlapping while the arm in the back is. Also it looks like it has a feather around it so the cut doesn't look sharp or anything.
