I'm somewhat new to the NCAA basketball forums and this is my first post since playing the game. its kinda random, but i think they need to update Jeff Allen from Virginia Tech. They gave him a 71, after he average nearly a double double last year, and almost this year with 14 points and 8 boards. Just a thought
Does anyone know how to fix the recruiting points flaw that happens after the dynamic update. Started my dynasty with only 70 pts and 5 schollies to fill..
At first I had 350.

You guys sure they didn't make a mistake by putting too much and now they are making it realistic? I mean in-season recruiting shouldn't be the focus of your season, its kind of a bonus. Its the off-season recruiting I'd be worried about with not getting points.
Also, if you only have like 2 seniors, your points really shouldn't be that high since you'll have 2 scholies and no other spots.
Take a look at Kenny Boynton of UF, he's rated only a 61! Dude should be in the high 70's, low 80's easy. They've botched several good players in their default roster set and it's not even a debate, and I agree Wesley Johnson certainly needs to be adjusted, he should at least be in the low to mid 80's.
I have Wes Johnson at an 80 overall. He is arguably Syracuse's best player. I'm working on the major conference re-rates right now so I'll upload as soon as I'm done.
UNLV needs an increase in overall as they just knocked off Louisiville today. Some of teh players need increases like Derrick Jasper only a 65? He's way better than that and is arguably their best player. Bellfield and Willis need increases Lopez needs to go down as he is a red shirt this year. Just to name a few.

Definitely, I loved Jasper while he was at UK. He is just an all around solid player, he has great on-the-ball defense, can rebound, great passer and can give you 10-15 points on a good night. Someone that should definitely be around the mid 70's or slightly higher.
looking to start my dynasty and wondering about using the dynamic update to make sure i get the legit schedules!!! i also am using downloaded rosters. do i download dynamic update and then assign update for only non edited players??? will that give me dynamic schedules without altering anything relating to my rosters and ratings that i want to use for my dynasty???? would love some feedback....wanting to get started on a dynasty and needing some answers or opinions on that subject matter. thanks ahead of time to whoever posts a response to this...

you get the schedules regardless of how you decide update the players.
ya i figured i'd get the dynamic schedules with however i decided to use the dynamic update. but some of the members on OS have said that the dynamic updates kinda even the teams out. will only downloading to non edited players keep the update from affecting my roster??? and will that keep good separation in the teams???

no. i decided to rid myself of the update simply because every team played like superstars. I had to delete my profile(which only had settings on it) and delete, then redownload my rosters. I've been update free and it's so much better. I'd stay away from the update, despite there being authentic schedules. It just plays differently for some reason.
But do what you want to do. It's your game.
well that's kinda frustrating but i'm definitely looking for the most realistic basketball as possible so if that's what i need to do then that's what i need to do i guess...do you think it's possible they'll get the dynamic update feature fixed or figured out properly???? and will there be members on here working on roster ratings????
