Did you update? If so, which dynamic update are you using? Just got the game last night, so which ever the last update was on 12/1.
What teams were you using at the time of the freeze? UCI
Did you call a timeout? Yes. Game went to time out sequence, then when press down to return to gameplay, it cut a close up of the home team player and froze.
Autosubs on/off? OFF

From everything I've read, it doesn't look like they are. It's crappy if EA doesn't at least try to fix the freezing issues with a patch. If you release a product, then "MAN UP, AND DO PEOPLE RIGHT." It would be a different story if EA was going bankrupt, but I highly doubt that's the case.

From the sounds of things, I don't expect them to patch any game play issues. But if they don't fix this freezing problem, then I'm getting my money back.

So can we conclude this is a Dynasty issue only? I've never had a freeze outside of dynasty mode.

so more freezes but at different times, both at the beginning of tourneys.

I started my conf. tourney, first game, and it froze during the opening sequence where they showed the cheerleaders. Rebooted system and it was fine from then on.

Later in the night, I got into the ncaa touney, again first game, again freeze when they were doing the opening seqence and were showing the cheerleaders. rebooted system no issues since then on this game run.

Almost can't take no more of this.

I am la Salle still I just went up for the first time against Oklahoma state and OKSU is ranked 17th in my second year. So as I get fouled the game freezes there is only 6 seconds left in the game.

JUST GREAT! I just played the same game against Oklahoma State again I am up two with 3 seconds left and they hit a buzzer beater. Wow Now I am 5-4.

Has anyone played around with different settings to see if they can isolate whats causing the freezing? It may be just a simple case of turning off this feature or that feature, who knows. This is probably very unlikely, but hey until EA gets off their fat butts(if they do at all) its worth a try. I can say that autosubs makes no difference at all. What about xbox live? Has anyone tried playing without being connected to live? Just some random thoughts that may or may not be important.

Evidently the reason I haven't been having any freezing issues is because I haven't been playing in Dynasty mode. So tonight I started my dynasty, and I can't even get through a single game. It freezes at random times, mostly after a timeout or a substitution. All of this time, I thought I was just a lucky one that hasn't had any issues, but not the case. From what I've seen, everyone is having the freezing issue in dynasty mode so hopefully it can be isolated and fixed. Either that or EA's gonna hang us out to dry with an unplayable game.

Same with me, I thought I was one of the lucky ones too. Then like you, during the second game of my dynasty it froze during a timeout after I tried to make substitutions. I haven't picked it up since with everyone else also having the same issue. To me if I can't play a Dynasty, that kills the game for me.
