Has EA announced that they are planning to fix this problem???? If not Dev have to know by now a serious issue is at hand with this game. Will EA be this schrewed /shady and just let this go on and not offer a fix????

I'm pretty sure we have very little chance at a patch unless sales improve. Which in all likelihood they won't.

I just had my first freeze 5 games into my Dynasty, not during game play but in the menu. So it wiped my first win on All Conference. Which is just lovely....

I just the game today. It's fun if you don't want a serious type of game and the play calling is great (the reason i got it).

However...I am going to be pretty annoyed if I get freezes.

It really does look like these guys have simply "walked away"...taken the old "if we ignore it, we don't need to fix it" approach.

Dissapointing. Whatever goodwill these guys built up the past few months on these forums has been lost IMO by the way they all fled the moment problems arose. It's unnaceptable that they are just ignoring the freezing issue.

The freezing is not just from hitting the dpad. I got my second freeze yesterday and it occurred during the pregame warmup cutscenes. I didn't press anything, it just froze during the warmup.

I just the game today. It's fun if you don't want a serious type of game and the play calling is great (the reason i got it).

Trust me, the presentation is all flash and no substance. It gets very, very old in a hurry. I've turned the commentary volume down to 4. It's totally generic. Yes, the overlays are true to life, but the playcalling is atrocious. Brad Nessler quote, "If there's such a thing as a good foul, then that was probably one. What do you think Dick?" God help us.

I am trying to play the first game of my dynasty which is an ESPN game and I can't get past the ESPN court logo wipe before they show the first scene from the arena.. I'm freezing mid wipe! 3 times now...

Got severe game stuttering today, not freeze, but it scare me

I formatted my PS3 hard drive and started again. Replays still stutter like crazy. Is this just another case of an inferior PS3 version?

Not the case, as ive noticed same issue on Nba Live 10 for 360.

I had the same issue with Live on the 360 as well. Clearing the cache fixed it 100%. I figured a hard drive format would do the same for NCAA on my PS3 but I guess I'm out of luck.

I'm now 10 games into my Dynasty with just the one freeze. Pressing start at time outs appears to work for me. So thats a positive.

News of a patch for this game would make my Christmas.

The freeze imho is 100% related to rosters, as u can get one at subs via dpad (so it seems...)
I wonder if playing without downloaded rosters file would make a difference, or without file rosters at all (saved on hd).
Im just curious to see more comments about this...

After several freezes, I quit using timeout d-pad subs and had about 30 straight no freeze dynasty games so I thought I'd test it out. I made a sub at a timeout and sure enough it froze on me. Who knows about this game though? There could be multiple causes knowing EA's track record. It's awesome to get some customer support for a defective product that we shelled out 60 bucks for though isn't it? EA says no patch planned. Bad decision by them. If they don't patch this, I will never purchase an EA game again.
