As I enjoy editing player ratings through the season, I'm wondering whether NBA 2k3 has an option to edit nba player ratings? I think NBA live 2003 & inside drive 2003 have this option. This would sway my decision on which game to buy.

Sorry, You can edit all attributes such as 3pt, med shot, dunk, speed, passing, lay-up, offensive, defensive awareness, etc.. but you can't change the position or rating. If you only decide by that you'll be missing out on a pretty good game though. -

I haven't edited any attributes myself yet, so I could be wrong, but if you edited individual ratings for stuff like 3 pt, speed, awareness, etc., wouldn't that make the overall rating go up or down?Comment

What I meant when I say player ratings is actually what you referred to as player attributes. I don't really care about the overall rating, as it is the individual attributes that matter in the game. Thanks for clarifying. The reviews were confusing when they said you can only change attributes and not the rating. Attributes in NBA Live refer to things like height, weight and years pro etc.Comment

come on.use your common sense people...when you change attributes like 3 points and other up and down..you think that the player rating will stay the same..i mean...come on...dont be dumb people...its just like match..you have like 100 bucks...if you take away about 3 bucks from 100,do you think that your money will stay at 100 bucks..come on..study...Comment
