Q dealt to the Knicks for K Thomas

Good move for the Suns, bad for the Knicks. They now have three chuckers on their team.

I dunno whether to like this deal or not. First off, who knows if it's official. I've only seen it on RealGM.com, and thats it. Depends on the conditional first rounder. When it can be used, what the protection is on it, etc.

Its not a problem of liking Johnson or Quentin more, I'd much rather perfer Johnson. But I have a hard time believing we're giving up on this starting five after only one year, one run at it. I have a hard time believing we're letting all that Free Agency effort to sign Quentin away from the Clips is gonna go down the tubes. I dont know. And for a guy like Kurt Thomas? Cmon, man. He can contribute with some defense and rebounding, but he's old.

My bro was saying he heard Payton wants to go to Phoenix also. I dont want all these aging vets on the team instead of the young guns.

Something has got to be up, if this is true.

Bad trade the Suns IMO KT is too undersized
As Shaquille O'Neal left the Suns practice court, he yelled out, "Alvin's the coach. We must be the Clippers. And I must be Olowokandi. Nooooo!"

my question is, what the hell are the knicks doing?? they have no big men anymore, why would they want q?? they have enough guards/forwards

if this deal is true, knicks just lost a freaking double double guy, for a 3 ball shooter.....kurt thomas is worth way more to the knicks than q rich is

but last time i heard people say "pending league approval" and will be announced later...i just remember jack haley and boozer...and how that never materialized....

Man, can anyone even imagine Q, Marbury and Crawford on the same team...

10 games a year they'll look like worldbeaters and go for 30 each...

The other 72 they'll combine to go 12-60...

They've been looking to trade Kurt for years and they give him up for Q? For the love of.....

They MUST be eyeing a big man with the 8th pick. Have to be. Goodness gracious Isaiah if this is true.

              AND A FUTURE 1ST?!?

Somebody please tell me this is a joke or something.

Frans Vazquez or Channing Frye will be our pick. I would be happy with either of them.

Not feeling this trade. Q.Rich is a solid guard. But with the emergence of Joe Johnson, I guess there was room to make this deal.

The Knicks have about 10 undersized 4's. I don't mind this deal from the Knicks perspective, but I'm not a big Q fan at all. If I'm Isiah, ship off Crawford for a big 3.

Re: Q dealt to the Knicks for K Thomas

Zeke is at it again. Does Qrich play any defense? It's not a bad move from the aspect that the knicks have Sweets, Rose, J williams, Mo Taylor at the 4. I think they have all but decided to draft Channing Frye or Bynum to play the 5 spot. But with J-Craw, do we need another shooter. I thought we may have gone after Granger, Webster, or Green in the draft, but don't know now. We'l' see.

The only thing bad about this deal is that we are going to have to see brandy in mostly everyhome the knicks have if this is true
