WHAT THE F#CK WAS THAT!!!?....ESPN...
WATCHING THE LAKERS/BLAZERS GAME, FISHER GETS A STEAL AND THROWS IT TO KOBE AHEAD OF THE PACK. KOBE GOES UP AND THIS MATRIX TYPE EFFECT HAPPENS. THE CAMERA SLOWS TO SHOW KOBE DOING A LAYUP!! THIS WASN'T AN INSTANT REPLAY THOUGH, IT WAS REALTIME. IS THIS SOMETHING NEW ESPN IS DOING? kinda freaky...I am glad I got the Buell- I love riding it, I love the oddball looks I get on the road- I love people asking "What IS that thing?" I love flying into a corner WAY too hot, scared spitless and sure I'll never hold it at this speed- and hearing the bike whisper "Sissy!"...Tags: None -

Didn't see it, but it sounds pretty cool. Though it seems to have had the nasty side effect of putting caps-lock on your computer“In my lifetime, we've gone from Eisenhower to George W. Bush. We've gone from John F. Kennedy to Al Gore. If this is evolution, I believe that in twelve years, we'll be voting for plants.” - Lewis BlackComment

Personally, I dont like it. I think it takes away from watching the flow of the fastbreak. Plus, you can still hear everything going on in the background! There was this one layup, I think from Patterson, when it happened and the commentator said "Got it" before I even saw the play finish! What if a guy gets majorly blocked on a fastbreak attempt? I dont wanna hear the crowd all excited and the commentator start screaming before I even see the play!NBA 2K18 ratings for several seasons generated from advanced analytics using the SportsCrunch system:

Anybody see the the" floor cam" in action?
I like how ESPN is mixing the schedule up.
Warriors-Sonics, one night.
Grizzlies-Kings, the next.
76ers-Hawks, another night.
You gotta love the effort espn is putting forth.
About that real game time effect. I dont like it. As one guy stated, you can hear whats happening in real time, in the background, while the play still has 4-5 seconds left in slow mo.Comment
