    Wow. Talk about BARGAIN.

Other people should take a cue from this guy. Guys like Brian Cardinal should NOT be making more than Shareef Abdur-Rahim at ANY point.

      Upgrade over Martin IMO.

Nets were going to use the TE on SAR and split their MLE on Dooling and whoever else. But, ESPN said that we used our MLE on Reef, so who knows if we're still getting Dooling.

I'm not really that big of a fan of Dooling even if he lit us up in the playoffs, but I LOVE REEF.

          Awesome signing.

Finally gives them a guy they can throw it into if their half court game gets slowed down...ie v the spurs in the finals. Makes them much better having a genuine post guy AND that amazing fast break capability.

If they had a shot blocker...and J Kidd is healthy... I'd almost pick them to win it all.

          Kidd

          Carter

          RJ

          SAR

          Kristic

It's a great pickup for the Nets, we finally have an excellent low post scorer and this year teams can't double Carter because everybody in the starting lineup can stroke it from outside the paint. The only weakness I see in this team is defensively we are going to have to work as a team because outside of Kidd and Jefferson no one else can guard the other team's player individually, Vince & Reef are not good one on one defenders and Kristic gets into alot of foul trouble he can be an average defender one day though.
The bench still needs filling out, outside of Wright Collins & if we can resign Best and Vaughn, the Nets bench are thin. Here's a look of the roster right now.

            Kristic
            SAR
            Jefferson
            Carter
            Kidd
            Wright
            Collins
            Mercer
            Zoran
