rumor isn't certain to be incorrect yet.

I'm an avid fan of the insidehoops website. I check it daily and consider
it a pretty reliable source as far as news is concerned.

This particular moment, you posted a Paul Pierce being traded story that
turned out to be nothing more than a rumor, and early this morning seemed
to almost
site Auerbach being in a coma as reasoning for the trade not happening.

Now I've never seen this site post an unsubstantiated rumor, and I'm quite
frankly shocked and surprised. I expect this daily from hoopshype and
hoopsworld,
but for the most part insidehoops has been pretty reliable,

Are you also turning into another internet fantasy trade site as the
previous mentioned sites? Please, tell me, is this something I should
expect from you guys also?
Its pretty disappointing considering you were the only one of the 3 that
had some credibility.

along with that "celtics official" saying the rumor is "incorrect" not that it isnt going to happen makes me believe PP is being shopped

hoopshype hoopsworld, same thing.

Hoopshype only reports what other news outlets are saying. Most of the time they don't bother putting incredible reports. It's mostly from newspapers and ESPN.

Calm down. My point was that hoopsworld writes these one sided lakers trades that lakers fans always get giddy over and it never happens. I've called them out on this forum plenty of times for always listening to emplay's stories.

HoopsHype.com is very similar to Insidehoops.com. I usually dont bother going to both as the information they get from ESPN, NBA.com, and local or national media outlets are similar if not the same.

Hoopsworld.com is the site that goes crazy with every rumor they get ahold of. I believe their latest one was that Boozer and Harpring were being heavily shopped, which the Utah GM completely denied the next day. That's the site to take for a grain of salt, if you even bother going there. I dont.

No, Evtimov was DEF not the point guard. He can pass, but he's REALLY slow.

I don't give a crap. You compared Hodge to Jalen Rose.

For all the headaches Rose can give you and his flaws as a ball player, they guy was a big time talent coming out of college. The same can't be said for Hodge. Hodge is nice. But I seriously doubt he can run the point forward like Rose did. Rose ran point the majority of his time at Michigan and plays plenty of point in the league.

With Melo and Pierce on the same team, you will see alot of bad shots. Plus Melo will go into his lil pouting thing about # of shots and him wanting to be to go to guy.

Its too early in Melo career to bring in Pierce unless they think Melo is doing a bad job.

Incredible. If that trade does have some type of truth around it, then I'm definitely going to enjoy watching Denver. That boy PP has some good flow to his game. Friday and nothing yet though....
