MIA now has the talents to rival that of SA. They will kill SA in the low post with Shaq and Zo, but SA is more experienced and more united than MIA so this would be a great matchup in the finals.

I would think so. I can see Jason Williams starting and playing more minutes per game than GP. However, I think GP will be the one on the floor for the Heat during most of the 4th quarter when crunch time arrives.

No difference, there is Jason Williams, and a whole lot of very good players who will want playing time (including Payton). Did you ever read Phil Jackson's book, "The 'Last' Season: A Team in Search of its Soul"? Gary was always complaining and whining for playing time.

Gary isn't a good fit, but as a backup PG (and with Wade capable of playing some PG minutes) I guess its a ok signing. The problem will be his minutes. He wont get more than 20, and that's pushing it IMO.
