Why dont you try creating a team. I created the Vipers, replaced the Hawks and then signed all of the Hawks players. I then immediately released them b/c most "expansion" teams dont start with many good players. It is weird how much harder this game is with no go to guy on your lineup.

first sounded good, but then i tried and right after the first season you get a top draft pick, and you have alot of money to sign a perfect coach and a go to guy. it was worth a shot though.
